Tony is a lifelong resident of Butler County. I am married to Julie who owns her own family childcare. We have four adult children who we are very proud of. I have a Master’s Degree of Science from the University of Cincinnati. I have worked for over 32 years in child welfare as a therapist in a psychiatric unit for children and the last 14 years as a caseworker with Butler County Children Services. Currently, he’s an art therapist and Recreation Director for a residential treatment center for both boys and girls.
Matt Troy practices law in Oxford, Ohio, focusing his efforts on real estate and estate planning/administration. Matt is an Oxford native and is a graduate of both Miami University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland. He is a member and elder of Oxford Bible Fellowship. Matt is married to Beth Troy, an instructor at Miami University. Matt and Beth have three active sons. Matt is honored to serve on the board of New Oaks Community, inspired by God’s Word: “For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.”
Steven Gebhart works at Community Design Alliance in Hamilton as an Architecture/Planning Intern. Steven earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in Architecture and received his Master of Architecture degree from Ball State University. Steven was introduced to The Father’s House through his work at Community Design Alliance. While working on restoration drawings for The Father’s House he became interested in the mission and vision of the organization. Steven has a passion to help the community. In the past, he has served with Habitat for Humanity and he currently serves through his church. Steven is excited about this opportunity.
Stephen has over 20 years experience at Procter and Gamble working in numerous engineering/logistics roles. His passion both inside and outside the Company is collaborating with diverse groups of people to achieve common objectives. Stephen became involved with the Father’s House after it became clear how God was moving mightily through Daryl and the New Oaks Community vision. He currently serves as a teacher in the children’s ministry at Life Changers Church International in Fairfield OH and as Treasurer of the Father’s House. Marvina has been involved in children’s ministries for the past 10 years, while at one point rising to the position of Assistant Director for the children’s ministry at Church on the Rock in St. Peters, Missouri. Her passion is to see children grow to their full potential by supporting them with her gifts and available resources at her disposal. Marvina also currently serves as a teacher in the children’s ministry at Life Changers Church International. Stephen and Marvina are parents of four children: Aaron, Andrea, Stephanie, and David.
Dave Lippert has served as President of Hamilton Caster since 1995. Prior to becoming President of this fourth generation family-owned manufacturing business, he served in various roles in manufacturing including Project Manager, Supervisor, and Plant Manager. Hamilton Caster is a manufacturer of industrial wheels, casters, and non-powered carts and trailers, and has been thriving in Hamilton since 1907.
Dave earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1976. Following graduation, he served six years in the Air Force as an instructor pilot. He joined Hamilton Caster in 1982 and now works with two brothers and a cousin in family leadership.
In addition to his responsibilities at Hamilton Caster, he is engaged in numerous activities supporting the local Hamilton community. These include several roles in the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Board member of the Greater Hamilton Safety Council, Chair of the Business Advisory Committee, local chair of the 2014 Butler County HeartChase (American Heart Association). He also serves in leadership on the Board of Governors of MHI, the nation’s material handling trade association.
Dave and his wife, Teresa, have been married for almost 32 years. They have two grown children, Kristi Burke, and Katie Lippert. Kristi and her husband, Glen, will be having their first child in November. Katie is in her fourth year of medical school at the University of Kentucky. Dave serves in his local church, Christ’s Church at Mason, as an elder and an adult Bible school teacher. He also leads a small group on Tuesday evenings. He has been a follower of Jesus Christ for 35 years.
Tim has been working in the vision care field for 20 years, and has been with EyeMed/Luxottica (based in Mason, OH) for 15 years. A visionary at heart, Tim has seen the New Oaks Community develop from a glimmer of an idea that initiated with his late wife, to a current reality supported by many friends, partners and professionals. Tim is married to Kristan & has two teenagers (one adopted) and a baby on the way. Although formerly residents of Hamilton, Ohio, they currently reside in China.
Mr. Dingeldein is a Principal Partner and Vice President of Architecture at SHP Leading Design, as well as the Managing Partner of the Hamilton Office focusing on the Butler County region. He is currently involved with many Hamilton community redevelopment efforts. Mike is an Elder of The Presbyterian Church of Hamilton and serves as the chair of the Trustees Mike is married to Cindy who is also a partner (retired) of SHP Leading Design and they have twin daughters, Emma and Isabel, age 11.

Mike’s passion for community preservation of architectural assets along with faith-based support of the most important community needs of families and children finds great synergy in the mission and vision of The Father’s House.
Daryl and Roxann have a long history of service and caring for children. They have raised three sons and have worked with children, youth and college students for over 30 years. Daryl’s career with Procter & Gamble for the past 30 years included an assignment in Russia. During their stay in Russia, the Gunnarson’s started a pastors conference that lasted 12 years and resulted in over 37 new churches. Now they are using their passion for mentoring and the cause of children to provide leadership for New Oaks Community and the Father’s House.
Daryl is one of the partners owning New Oaks Consulting which has helped fund a lot of the work restoring The Father’s House.
